Slip-cast porcelain bowls. They were the result of my failed slip-casting attempts. The wall thickness in some areas is uneven, and the rims are not perfectly round. But they are still functional and successful as colour experiments. Could be used for food or as catch-all bowls.
Size: approx 4" diameter
Each Common Goods pot is hand-thrown or handbuilt and glazed individually in our Markham (Ontario) home studio. Slight variations between pieces are to be expected due to the handmade process. Our pieces will show the marks of the process and could have slight imperfections compared to mass-produced goods. All glazed wares are microwave, dishwasher, and food safe unless indicated otherwise. Hand washing is recommended to prevent dulling the surface, or chipping the more delicate pieces.
